Das erste Bild war übel beschädigt. Obwohl eine telefonische Vorankündigung zugesichert worden war, erfolgte sie nicht - der Lieferant stand plötzlich vor der Tür - mit dem kaputten Bild. Eine Verständigung war praktisch nicht möglich. Auch bei der zweiten Lieferung erfolgte keine Vorankündigung, obwohl wir mehrfach darum gebeten hatten. Eine Verständigung war wieder nicht möglich. Zum Glück war bei diesem Bild aber alles in Ordnung.
